Its vinification begins with the manual harvesting of the best grapes, which are then destemmed and pressed. The must obtained, after waiting for the skins to yield the right amount of colour, is fermented at a controlled temperature. For subsequent ageing, the wine then rests in steel tanks for a few months, pending bottling. The glass thus reveals a beautiful wine characterised by a brilliant pink colour. The nose is dominated by fruity notes, particularly of apple, citrus and small red fruits. In the mouth, one discovers a wine characterised by good structure and endless freshness.
