Sensations Bouquet: An ample bouquet, with sophisticated floral scents of dog rose, accompanied by pleasant notes of black cherry and a spicy note that recalls pink pepper and ginger with a light touch of turmeric. Mouthfeel: Balance and intense freshness in a slender body, supported by a nice acidity and taut with a vibrant vein of flavour. The taste flows nicely, offering a crisp fruit, and closes on a finish of great minerality, which teases the palate. Colour : Soft and delicate, tending to powder pink, with very slight copper highlights.

Vinification Negroamaro di ZÏnzula is harvested in mid-September at the crack of dawn. The so-called "lacrima" or "must from draining" is obtained as a result of the grapes falling in the press, in the total absence of maceration. This technique allows us to extract a very delicate pink colour and to preserve the freshest varietal notes, reducing to a minimum tannins and bitter notes coming from the skins. The resulting wine ferments in steel tanks and remains on the fine lees for about 4 months, before a brief period of refinement in the bottle.
