In this Pinkstone, Federici proposes a mix of grapes, starting with 60% Montepulciano to which are added, in different percentages depending on the year, other grapes typical of the area, cultivated in accordance with ancient and traditional methods, without resorting to invasive treatments. The vineyards are located in Zagarolo, where the winery is also based. Here the hills with rich tuff soils are perfect for growing healthy, quality grapes.
