A wine capable of surprising. Saint Esprit Blanc from Casa Delas is a white wine belonging to the Côtes-du-Rhône appellation and is the result of a blend of different white grapes from the right bank of the river. Grenache blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Viognier complement each other, resulting in a wine of great pleasure. To preserve balance, freshness and finesse, the wines are produced under strict temperature control and do not undergo malolactic fermentation. Vinified in stainless steel tanks, they are lightly filtered before bottling. In the glass, it has a beautiful straw-yellow colour, with green reflections indicating that it is still a young and lively wine. On the nose, it reveals a richly floral and fruity bouquet, with exotic touches and a fil-rouge of citrus. On the palate, it reveals itself to be a lively wine with a fine personality.
