The grapes are harvested by hand at dawn to preserve their aromatic qualities intact. Vinification and ageing take place in cement vats, a traditional method that allows the natural characteristics of the grapes to be enhanced and the purity of the fruit to be maintained. In the glass, it has a pale golden colour, brilliant and inviting. On the nose, it reveals delicate citrus notes of lemon and a pleasant minerality that evokes the limestone rocks of Milly. In the mouth, it is characterised by its lively freshness, balanced acidity and persistent finish, inviting one to discover new nuances with each sip.
