It is immediately rich on the nose with undergrowth well in evidence and small fruits such as raspberry, blueberry that intersect with veins of white chocolate. In the mouth it is dynamic, a taut but at the same time copious wine that has a lot to give. A very successful chalice also considering the goodness of the vintage that kept the varietal characteristics well in evidence. Homogeneous and of pressing drinkability. Juicy and with a well-developed tannic texture. It maintains the attraction from the nose to the mouth where it settles and lingers, ensuring a sip of good persistence.

  • Insoglio del Cinghiale, Toscana IGT, is a wine of great balance and elegance offered by Campo di Sassi, characterised by an intense and complex bouquet. The basic blend is composed of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes, all international varieties, perfectly adapted to Tuscany. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the cellar to begin fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats, followed by several months of ageing, again in steel. Its colour is an intense ruby red, with particularly captivating violet reflections. The nose reveals an intense fruity and spicy aroma that invites you to taste it. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly soft and harmonious, with an important but not intrusive structure. The tannins are delicate and ripe. Insoglio del Cinghiale is the wine from which it all began. The first produced by the Campo di Sasso Estate, it is the perfect introduction to the Antinori family's project, thanks to its pleasantness and early drinkability. A versatile and refined Tuscan wine, it pairs perfectly with a wide range of dishes, from mature cheeses to red meats, to legume soups and game dishes.
