Sensations To the eye, it is dark red, impenetrable and full. Garnet reflections enrich its appearance, giving it an aura of mystical loveliness. The olfactory profile is warm, broad and inviting: ripe red berry fruit is the protagonist, so forthright that it becomes central in an overwhelming bouquet. On the palate it convinces with harmonious palatal softness and great expressive power.

Vinification Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG is made from grapes harvested by hand and dried on racks for a period of no less than three months at controlled temperature and humidity. After fermentation, a key moment in the definition of its character, it matures for at least two years in oak barrels and then rests in the bottle for a further 12 months.
