    Franciacorta DOCG Brut Green Vegan
  • Obtained from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grown in the company's own vineyards, it is aged for over 60 months in the bottle in contact with the lees. Franciacorta Brut Vegan is a sparkling wine aimed at an attentive, evolved and sensitive consumer who does not renounce quality and innovation. Straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. Citrus and white fruit notes emerge on the nose, accompanied by a hint of bread crust. The palate is very fresh and harmonious.

    Quadra was founded in 2003 from an idea by Ugo Ghezzi, an entrepreneur in the renewable energy sector who, supported by his children Cristina and Marco, decided to buy a small winery, which he completely renovated. The Ghezzi family's wine-growing project had already begun in the early 1990s with the planting of the first Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards in Marzaghette di Adro, giving rise to the farm of the same name. Today the property has 20 hectares spread over five different sites in the area.
