    • The name of this very pleasant red wine proposed by Fattoria Mantellassi recalls that of the most famous wind blowing over the Mediterranean from the west. A fresh wind that is much appreciated by sailors, but above all by those who work in the fields all day. Fattoria Mantellassi has chosen it for its red wine made from pure Ciliegiolo grapes. Grapes often used in the Chianti area to refine the rustic Sangiovese, in the Maremma it is becoming more and more common, often being proposed in purity. Both in red, as in this case, and in rosé. As the name suggests, this grape is prized above all for its ability to produce wines with a pleasantly fruity character, with clear and recognisable notes of cherry. The taste is also smooth and recalls the sensations perceived above. Fresh and pleasant, this red wine "made in Maremma" also offers good body and is suitable for pairing with any traditional Tuscan dish.
