The version proposed here by Luciano Arduini is the result of a blend mainly based on Corvina grapes, with Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara in gradually decreasing percentages. In the glass it has a beautiful deep ruby red colour. The nose is surprising for the breadth of its scents that play on the chords of fresh fruit, from cherry to strawberry, to small berries. In the mouth it has a soft and balanced entry with notes of cherry. It should be served at a temperature of 16 degrees, slightly cooler than the classic structured red wine.
