Col De Mez Prosecco Superiore extra dry DOCG
  • A Prosecco, when it is good and of quality, is always an excellent solution for the aperitif ritual. And this Col del Mez Extra Dry from Cantina Colli del Soligo is no exception. Col de Mez is the name of a hill in the heart of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene appellation. Characterized by gentle slopes where the often old vines enjoy perfect exposure and the grapes are able to reach perfect ripeness. The harvest traditionally takes place in September and is done manually. As soon as they are harvested, the grapes are sent to the winery where they are processed in the shortest time possible to preserve the best and finest aromas. The dosage, Extra Dry, typical for this type of wine, makes this bottle pleasant and easy to drink. Good as an aperitif, as we said, Col de Mez Extra Dry also goes well with risottos with vegetables and fish dishes.

Cantina Colli di Soligo is one of the most lively wine producers in the province of Treviso. Not a small family-run winery but a beautiful social cooperative capable of combining the quality of the wines produced with an average price that is absolutely affordable. Cantina Colli del Soligo brings together more than 600 vintners, i.e. small local producers who manage their vineyards with passion and expertise. They work more than 1000 hectares in the best production areas of the famous Prosecco DOCG.
