  • Sensations Lovely, very fruity taste. Exuberant with unmistakable aromas of peach, almond, apricot and orange blossom and distinct minerality.
  • Vinification After pressing, the white must is statically decanted and started towards primary fermentation under strict thermodynamic control (14 to 18°C). The transformation of the must into wine continues in steel, on the fine lees, until the end of October. The wine is then bottled.

    "L'Aromatico" Terre Siciliane IGP 2023
  • Terre Siciliane IGT, Tenute dello Jato's Aromatico was born in the heart of Sicily, precisely in San Cipirello, a small village in the province of Palermo. This area is characterised by a hilly landscape that benefits from a unique microclimate, influenced by the proximity of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The combination of these geographical features creates ideal conditions, with mineral-rich soils that impart a distinct flavour to the wines produced. Aromatico is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (70 per cent) and Zibibbo (30 per cent), two varieties that complement each other extraordinarily well. Sauvignon Blanc, known for its freshness and herbaceous aromas, brings structure and acidity to the wine. Zibibbo, also known as Moscato di Alessandria, is an aromatic variety that gives the wine notes of exotic fruit and flowers. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and the must decanted statically to separate solid particles. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh and delicate aromas of the fruit. The wine is then aged in stainless steel on the fine lees until the end of October, helping to develop complexity and depth. Once the ageing process is complete, the wine is bottled. The Aromatico has a brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of peach, almond, apricot and orange blossom, accompanied by a distinct minerality. In the mouth, the wine is sweet and very fruity, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. Its aromatic exuberance and complexity of flavours make it a versatile and very pleasant wine. Perfect with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes, it is also ideal with light appetisers and fresh cheeses. It is also excellent with Asian dishes, especially spicy and sweet-and-sour ones.
