    "Roccamora" Negroamaro Rosso Salento IGT 2022
  • This Roccamora comes from ancient vineyards with an average age between 20 and 30 years. Pure Negroamaro, belonging to the small DOC Nardò. We are obviously in Salento, a destination for travel and holidays but above all a land of great red wines. Wines produced from grapes that ripen under the warm sun of our beautiful south. Heat which, with the right amount of waiting, is transformed into sugar, then alcohol, and lots of aromatic richness. And it is easy to perceive this richness in this Roccamora. Vinification, in fact, is careful and does not involve the use of wood. Only stainless steel containers, thermo-conditioned, ideal for enhancing all the goodness of the original fruit. Thus we discover a wine characterized by a beautiful bright red colour, with notes of delicate red fruits and a pleasant memory that we could define wild. In the mouth it is soft and decidedly fruity. Extremely generous in its simplicity, it is a wine capable of accompanying richly flavoured dishes with satisfaction.

    The protection of the territory, of its beauty and richness, of the traditions that have their origins far back in time, of the traditional form of gobelet vine-training, so tiring to work but capable of giving wines with a unique character. The ancient dry stone walls that for centuries have delimited the fields and the vines that sink their roots into a red soil, rich in precious micro elements.
