Malvasia Nera di Brindisi. Technically, this is the name of the vine used to produce this very pleasant Apulian red wine. A rich and intense wine, like all those produced in this remote corner of paradise, where the sun beats down from spring to autumn and where even the winters are never really cold. In an environment only apparently so inhospitable, the Malvasia grapes are harvested when they reach perfect ripeness. Brought quickly to the cellar to be transformed before they deteriorate, they undergo a very careful vinification with controlled temperatures and selected yeasts. The result is a wine characterized by an intense ruby red colour. An intense aroma that immediately recalls the ripe and juicy red fruit. In the mouth it reveals a good body and an unexpected softness also due to the presence of alcohol. Good overall balance and length of the sip.
