  • J Clement's Cuvée Réserve comes from a skilful Champenoise blend that includes all the grapes allowed by specifications. Specifically, 50% Meunier is added to 40% Pinot Noir and just a hint of Chardonnay. The result is a wine of great complexity that ages for a long time on the lees in the bottle.
