It is called Q Cabernet Sauvignon and is a fine structured red wine produced in the Valle de Uco region of Argentina. It is part of the range of wines offered by Familia Zuccardi. The vineyards from which the grapes come, 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, are located at 1,200 meters above sea level, with soils characterized by gravel, rich in calcium carbonate and calcareous sands. Harvested by hand, we start with a rigorous selection of the bunches and grapes. The winemaking process then involves fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The extraction of color and tannins is gentle, and is done through modern dèlestage techniques. Finally, maturation takes place entirely in oak barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon Q presents itself in the glass with a beautiful, intense and brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red and black fruit, accompanied by elegant spicy notes. In the mouth, it is structured and smooth, with a pleasantly long and persistent finish. This is, without a doubt, the perfect wine to accompany lunches of meat and cured meats, but also the much-loved empanadas. For convivial dinners and moments of sharing, this is the wine that should not be missed.
