Côtes du Rhône Villages "Saint Gervais Syrius"

A vineyard of great quality that has its roots in a red soil rich in sand and rock. A composition of natural elements that gives power to the wines. It is in this magical place that Domaine Clavel harvests the grapes used to produce his Côte du Rhône Village Saint Gervais Syrius wines. A typical blend from the region of Grenache, Syrah and a hint of Carignan. Vinification is simple and takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Immediately afterwards follows a period of aging of at least nine months in oak barrels. The result is an immediate and pleasant wine. A wine characterized by an bright ruby red color. On the nose, there are hints of red fruit and interesting balsamic fragrances. Candied fruit and sweet spices. On the palate, it is round and intense. Well structured, with soft and smooth tannins that come from proper aging in wood.
