A great classic of north-eastern winegrowing. The most loved and appreciated Italian white throughout the world. We are talking about the classic Pinot Grigio, in this interpretation by Cavit, which offers it, Trentino DOC, in its Bottega Vinai line. Here you will find wines typical of the region, produced with grapes from the most suitable areas. In this case, for example, the Pinot Grigio grapes used for the production of this white wine come from the Roveré della Luna area, to the north of the region, and from Valle dei Laghi, which lies to the north of Lake Garda. The grapes are harvested by hand when they have reached perfect ripeness, and the vinification process begins with a gentle pressing of the whole bunch. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and a quick maturing in steel for about 4 months. That's all. No artifice, no superstructure. Just the pleasure of a fresh and typical glass, with distinct floral and vegetal notes and a broad bouquet of fruit, such as pear and peach. A very enjoyable wine for the whole meal, this Pinot Grigio goes well with fish soups, seafood risottos but also delicate white meats.
