  • Sensations Straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. Complex and elegant bouquet with fruity aromas reminiscent of fresh citrus fruits such as citron and white flesh fruit: golden apple, Williams pear and peach. Tropical fruit notes of pineapple and the less intense spicy notes of sage and spearmint complete the bouquet. On the palate, it is a well-structured wine with excellent minerality and a harmonious, fresh finish.
  • Vinification The different varieties were harvested by hand. They were harvested separately in the second and third decade of September. The destemming and crushing of the grapes was followed by cold maceration (10 °C) of the must in contact with the skins for 6 hours to facilitate aromatic extraction, after which the must, separated from the solids, was fermented in stainless steel at a temperature not exceeding 18 °C. The wine was aged sur lies until bottling, which took place in April 2019, and continued to age in the bottle for a further 18 months before release

VINEYARD
  • Terrain Valle dei Laghi, wedged between the mountains at the foot of the Dolomites not far from Lake Garda. The vineyard is located in the vicinity of Lake Toblino in the cadastral municipality of Calavino at 245 m a.s.l. This area was formed following the damming of the valley by the conoid of the River Sarca, a deposit of materials that the river itself transported downstream over time. The climate is sub-Mediterranean and is characterised by the presence of a constantly blowing breeze (Ora del Garda), making the environment suitable for obtaining wines with important characters of finesse and elegance.

  • Maso Toresella is the representative office of Cavit, a fine company in the Trentino region. An enchanting place, on the shores of Lake Toblino, surrounded by vineyards. In short, a little corner of paradise for lovers of nature and good wine. It is here that this La Cuvée, Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT is produced from the processing of four international grape varieties, Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Riesling. The Valle dei Laghi, as this area is known, is literally wedged between mountains, at the foot of the Dolomites and not far from Lake Garda. The vineyards are located close to the lake, about 245 metres above sea level. The climate, cool but not too cool, is characterised by a constantly blowing breeze, the famous Ora del Garda, which makes the environment suitable for obtaining wines with important characters of finesse and elegance. The different varieties, harvested by hand in the second and third decade of September, are taken to the cellar to be initially destemmed and crushed. This is followed by cold maceration of the skins for 6 hours to facilitate aromatic extraction. The must is then sent to fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and the wine is aged sur lie until bottling.
