    • Sensations A wine with great ageing potential. A stylistic effort aimed at achieving a unique complexity and structure through the skilful combination of different vintages. The Garganega gives the wine structure, freshness and fragrance with floral notes and intense minerality, a profound expression of the composition of the soil of volcanic origin. On the palate it expresses aromas ranging from chamomile, almonds and citrus fruits to delicate notes of white pepper and tropical fruits.
    • Vinification A blend of the best vintages of the last decade (2019, 2018,2020, 2017, 2016) selected as the highest expression of the vineyard throughout its history. For each selected vintage, the white grapes are vinified with maceration on the skins for approximately 10 hours. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures. This is followed by a partial malolactic fermentation with about 10% of the product. The process continues with maturation in wood in barriques and tonneaux of second passage for about 6 months. The wine is then placed in steel tanks for further maturation.

      "Hey French" Bianco Veneto IGT
    • Veneto IGT Bianco, Hey French is one of the good products offered by Pasqua. A wine that encompasses tradition and innovation, best representing the potential of the volcanic terrain of the Soave area. A very special creation that stands out for its complexity and beautiful structure, the result of blending the best vintages of the decade. The area is that of Monte Calvarina, located in the easternmost part of the Soave denomination. Here the soils are of ancient volcanic origin and give the grapes extraordinary minerality and freshness. The landscape is evocative, made up of rolling hills and excellently exposed vineyards. Hey French comes from a blend of Garganega, Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon. The vinification process is designed to enhance the peculiarities of each selected vintage (from 2016 to 2020). The grapes undergo maceration on the skins for about 10 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures with selected yeasts. Part of the wine, about 10%, also undergoes malolactic fermentation to add roundness. The wine is then matured in second-passage barriques and tonneaux for six months, followed by ageing in steel tanks. This process ensures a perfect balance between complexity, freshness and longevity. In the glass it has a brilliant yellow colour, with an intense and complex bouquet reminiscent of aromas of chamomile, almonds, citrus fruits and a slight hint of white pepper and tropical fruits. The palate is enveloping and well-structured, with an elegant mineral freshness that accompanies the long and pleasantly persistent finish. Thanks to its structure and, above all, the skilful combination of different vintages, Hey French is a wine that can age for many years in the cellar, evolving in complexity and aromatic depth. Already, however, it is perfect with fish dishes or seafood risottos. It should also be tried with soft cheeses and vegetarian dishes characterised by fine aromatics.
