Passione e Sentimento, Veneto IGT Bianco, is made from pure Garganega. An indigenous Veneto grape variety, Garganega always produces white wines of great elegance and minerality. In this case, the Garganega is vinified using a special technique that involves brief drying of the grapes and maceration on the skins. But let us proceed in order. The grapes are carefully selected by hand. They are then dried for a short period in the drying loft, concentrating sugars and aromas. Subsequently, vinification takes place in steel, to preserve the freshness of the fruit, and part of the wine matures in French oak barriques, to give the wine more complex and spicy notes. Brilliant straw yellow in colour, the nose reveals an intense and complex bouquet, with notes of citrus, peach, apricot and floral hints. In the mouth it is round and pleasant, with a well-balanced acidity and a long, persistent finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish dishes, grilled fish, sushi and fresh cheeses. Perfect for summer evenings.
