In the glass it has a beautiful golden yellow colour, with a fine and persistent perlage that gives life to a soft and compact foam. The nose has a fresh and fragrant bouquet, with notes of citrus fruits, white pulp fruit and a subtle but unmistakable hint of yeast. In the mouth, however, it is immediately pleasant and delicate. The perfect correspondence with what was previously perceived makes this interesting Spanish sparkling wine the perfect companion for aperitifs and simple fish dishes. For a local pairing, we recommend trying it with a classic Catalan-style lobster, with fresh tomatoes, onion and lemon. Simply unforgettable!
