Aureo is a fine Umbrian white wine with an extra kick. The Grechetto, one of the region's symbolic vines, is blended with about 10% Viognier grapes. La Veneranda thus ideally unites the clayey, sandy and loamy soils of its vineyards with the soils of the Rhone Valley, where Viognier has historically been grown. The result of a simple vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, this Aureo reveals itself from the first moment as a fresh and pleasant wine. Characterized by a beautiful straw yellow colour, it has aromas ranging from white flowers and chamomile to fresh yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach. In the mouth, a lovely, slightly mineral finish clearly emerges, making the wine even more pleasant and easy to drink. A white wine typical of its territory, it is the bottle to keep cool for an aperitif or to accompany a satisfying fish-based meal.
