This Valpolicella DOC La Corte del Pozzo by Gino Fasoli comes from the classic blend of grapes typical of the region, in particular Corvina and Rondinella. The vineyards are located in the splendid Val d'Illasi, all owned by the winery's historic vintners, the same families who have worked with Fasoli for over 30 years. Part of the grapes are left to dry slightly before vinification to give more character to the finished wine. The colour is a lively and compact ruby red. A lively and energetic wine at the same time, it is a red capable of ageing in the cellar acquiring an ever greater maturity. With a natural balance between all its components, it is perfect for a thousand different occasions. The nose recalls notes of red fruit and small red fruit jam, with just a hint of vanilla. In the mouth it is dry, velvety, with good structure, but above all extremely harmonious.
