Polígonos Malbec San Pablo is a high-altitude wine produced by Familia Zuccardi, the result of a careful choice of territory and style. It comes from vineyards located at 1,400 metres above sea level in the San Pablo area, one of the coolest and highest in the Uco Valley (Mendoza, Argentina). The unique terroir, characterised by extreme temperature variations and calcareous soils, gives the wine a vibrant and distinctive profile. The colour is bright purple-red. The nose reveals floral notes, fresh red fruits and herbaceous accents, with a marked minerality. On the palate, it is vertical and fresh, with fine tannins and a marked acidity that makes it taut and dynamic. Vinification in raw concrete tanks, without ageing in wood, aims to preserve the varietal purity and authentic expression of the terroir. Familia Zuccardi is an Argentine winery with a strong family tradition, which began in the 1960s when Sebastián Zuccardi's grandfather, engineer Alberto Zuccardi, planted the first vines in the Maipú region of Mendoza.
