Crémant d'Alsace Brut Nature

The Crémant d'Alsace Zéro Dosage from Domaine Barmès-Buecher is produced using the traditional method and is distinguished by its freshness and liveliness. This wine is obtained from a blend of three grape varieties: Pinot Gris, Pinot Auxerrois and Chardonnay, a combination that gives the finished wine an aromatic complexity and a balanced structure. It is a ‘zero dosage’ wine made from grapes grown using biodynamic practices, respecting the natural balance of the ecosystem. The wine has a brilliant straw yellow colour and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is filled with hints of white flowers and yellow fruit, accompanied by a subtle note of brioche. In the mouth this Crémant offers a lively freshness, with notes of green apple and citrus fruits, supported by a pleasant acidity and a balanced structure. Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with fish, seafood and white meat dishes. Its freshness makes it ideal to accompany light appetisers and soft cheeses.
