    CHARACTERISTICS
    • TypeVino Champagne rosé
    • Location France
    • Grapes 100% Pinot Nero
    • Sensations Pure Pinot Noir grapes are used to make this Brut Rosé labelled Cheurlin-Dangin, the product of the "salasso" method and left to mature on the lees in the bottle for at least thirty months. It is a perfect bubble to reserve for the best aperitifs, perhaps those that kick off the weekend after the heaviest working weeks. It goes well with both land and fish hors d'oeuvres, but if you want to pair it with a sesame tuna tataki, you'll be on the safe side and everyone will be happy.
    • Vinification Salmon pink in colour, crystal clear and luminous, with a long-lasting, persistent perlage. The nose is rich with hints of red berry fruit, cherry and raspberry in particular, then complemented by nuances of yeast and bread crust. The drink is smooth, fragrant and balanced, medium-bodied and of good length.

      Champagne Cheurlin Dangin Rosé Brut
    • A Champagne rosé that certainly does not go unnoticed. It is offered here by Cheurlin-Dangin and is the result of a pure processing of Pinot Noir grapes. The vineyard is located in the Aube region, in the southernmost part of the Champagne appellation. Here, between the valleys of the Ource, Arce and Seine, the vineyards are rooted on very varied soils. An inimitable mix of climate and natural environment that allow the grapes to ripen perfectly, with small differences that, if exploited well as in this case, allow the creation of wines with great personality. In this case, the wine is produced using the 'salasso' method. Once the basic Cuvée has been made, the wine is then bottled to begin the second fermentation in the bottle. A long wait of at least thirty months in contact with the yeasts results in a perfect bubble. Starting with the colour, salmon pink, crystal clear and luminous, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is rich, with hints of red berry fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, nuances of yeast and bread crust. In the mouth it is smooth, fragrant and balanced. Medium-bodied and of good length. A sparkling wine of great freshness and pleasantness, to be reserved for the best aperitifs. On the table it goes well with hors d'oeuvres, land or sea. Also excellent with the classic seared tuna steak with sesame seeds. Perfect with salmon tartare.

Celles-sur-Ource is a village belonging to the Aube department. We are in Champagne, of course, where families of winegrowers have been working their plots with care and passion for hundreds of years. This is also the case of the Cheurlin-Dangin maison. Ten generations of the Cheurlin-Dangin family cultivate the traditional varieties of the region, Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. The company was founded in 1757 and since then little has changed in the way of vineyard and cellar management. After all, their results are there to see. For over two centuries, year after year, simply extraordinary Champagnes.
