Nur also responds to the project for the enhancement of the Carignano grape, carried out for years by the Sardus Pater winery, one of the most prolific cooperatives in Italy, which now has 200 members and a vineyard heritage of new plants and historic plots of land, planted almost one hundred years ago, in the pre-phylloxera era.
