From the encounter/clash between Cannonau and Cabernet Sauvignon comes Tanca Farrà. The vineyards are planted on strong, clayey, red soil rich in iron. Strength that is tamed in the cellar where the wine, after vinification in steel, continues with maturation in wood for at least a year. Part in French barriques of second passage and part in large barrels. After ageing, the wine is bottled and left to rest in the cellar for a period of about three months before being put on the market. The strong character of this red reveals itself from its appearance. In the glass, in fact, there is a ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose is ample and enjoyable. Rich and expressive, it is characterized by herbaceous and fruity tones. In the mouth, however, it is well-structured. Pleasantly tannic, it is a red wine of great balance and elegance. Long, if not very long, the finale leaves a pleasant toasted sensation in the mouth, the result of the wise use of wood in the cellar.

Today Sella Mosca can count on more than 540 hectares of vineyards, managed with rigour and competence by a team of expert agronomists. The grapes are processed in a modern winery, equipped with all the latest technology, giving rise to wines of great personality and with deep ties with the territory. Since December 2015, Sella Mosca has been part of the galaxy of companies belonging to the Terra Moretti Group.
