  • Sensations Brilliant and intense rosé. The nose has good intensity, hints of small red fruits accompanied by floral notes of peach, jasmine, blueberry. Thanks to the pleasant effervescence and excellent acidity, it is particularly fresh in the mouth, appropriately soft, balanced with fruity sensations of sour cherry, peach, blueberry and exotic fruits such as grapefruit.
  • Vinification Fermentation: in stainless steel at controlled temperature ( 16 degrees ) for 8 days . Maturation: In stainless steel with resting on the lees for about three months. The must is then decanted into steel vats filled with nitrogen at a temperature of 0 to 1 degree for about 15 days in contact with the pulp in suspension (stabling).

    "Hanami" Rosato Terre Siciliane IGP 2023
  • Freshness and elegance. These are the words that sum up the Terre Siciliane IGT Hanami, a fine rosé wine offered here by Cantine Fina. A wine that conquers from the first sip for its freshness and harmonious taste. Produced from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this rosé represents a modern and refined interpretation of a style - that of rosé wines - that is gaining ever greater consensus among wine lovers in Italy. Made with grapes from vineyards located in central-western Sicily, at an altitude of 850 metres above sea level, where the climate and soil conditions are simply ideal for these Bordeaux-derived varieties. Harvesting takes place in mid-August. In the cellar, the grapes are vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The must is then racked into steel vats filled with nitrogen. Maturation in stainless steel follows with a period of about three months on the lees. Pale pink in colour, lively and brilliant, the nose reveals an intense and complex bouquet, with floral notes of peach, jasmine and orange blossom, and vegetal hints of boxwood. In the mouth, it is fresh and fruity, with a lingering, mineral finish. Perfect for a thousand occasions, this Hanami pairs well with fish and shellfish appetisers. Excellent with sushi and sashimi.
