Rosé made from pure Nero d'Avola grapes, this wine is perfect to accompany an aperitif with friends. It is almost certain, in fact, that when it is time to sit down at the table all the guests will ask to continue with the same wine. And, thanks to its versatility, it will not be difficult to find the right combination. Perfect with first and second courses of fish, this organic rosé is also a perfect accompaniment to meat dishes. Excellent with a nice deviled chicken, it can also be paired with delicate meats, such as rabbit, or with a classic pizza. In the glass it has a beautiful bright pink colour, tending to mauve, with a delicate perfume of red fruits, pomegranate and pink grapefruit. In the mouth it is well balanced, with good acidity and excellent persistence.
