Lemon-zest, green-apple, nettle and flint aromas. It’s medium-bodied with tangy acidity. Focused, mineral and spicy finish. Drink or hold.

Only the best grapes, from the most suitable areas, end up in the bottle of this Sauvignon by Cantina Girlan. The production area coincides with the municipalities of Cornaiano, Monticolo and Appiano Monte, at 500 metres above sea level. A mix of soils and exposures that allows the Sauvignon grape, worked in purity, to give excellent results and give the wine a unique character. Brief maceration and pressing of whole bunches. Then fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and refinement on fine lees, again in steel, and in large oak casks for 8 months. Straw yellow in colour, the nose is striking for its intense aroma of nettle and elderflower. In the mouth it is fresh and lively but well balanced thanks to a certain corpulence.
