Lalùci, the pure Grillo from Christ of Campobello. A great wine from the territory, signed by one of the world's most brilliant oenologists, Riccardo Cotarella. An extremely pleasant wine that is well representative of the original varietal. It comes from hand-picked grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September. At that point of the year, the bunches have already enjoyed excellent climatic conditions for a long time, with sunshine and warmth bringing each grape to perfect ripeness. The positioning of the vineyards in hilly hamlets, around 260 metres above sea level, on the other hand, guarantees the vines a slight breeze that makes the climate less sultry. This results in this white wine, characterised by a lively straw-yellow colour. On the nose, the intense aromas of yellow and white flowers stand out, which as the minutes pass and the temperature gradually rises, fade towards mineral notes followed by elegant hints of citrus, yellow peach, pear and green apple. Excellent today, it is a wine that can still wait some time in the cellar. It will continue to evolve, and improve, for the next three or four years. To put it at ease on a summer table, a nice baked fish is enough. Served with potatoes, of course.

A total of fifty hectares located on the hills of Campobello di Licata. Vineyards between 230 and 270 metres above sea level, about eight kilometres from the coast. Modern, high-density plantings, with about 5,000 vines per hectare, harvested strictly by hand, in small boxes. An oenological path aimed at the search for absolute quality, thanks to a suitable environment with an extraordinary microclimate. Limited productions, also depending on the vintage, the result of individual vinifications for each vineyard, respecting a unique and precious territory.
