100% Malvasia di Casorzo, a grape variety as rare as it is interesting, this Brigantino by Accornero. Malvasia di Casorzo naturally contains a significant level of sugars in the berries and this is why they are able to impart a characteristic sweetness to the wines, which clearly can vary depending on the vinification process. In all cases, it is a pleasantly aromatic wine, characterised by intense aromas and an intense fruity character. First produced in 1982, this Brigantino is vinified with the skins at a low temperature. After cold stabilisation, the wine is bottled in the month of January following the harvest. Brilliant straw yellow with greenish hues, the nose offers intense aromas of white flowers, such as jasmine and acacia, with notes of ripe peach and citrus fruits. In the mouth, however, it is soft and enveloping, with a good balance between freshness and fruit. Served chilled, it goes well with fruit tarts and biscuits. Excellent with fresh fruit or as a fresh, light aperitif.
