For many years Dolcetto was an almost forgotten wine. Not by the people of Langhe, mind you, but by the supposed experts/enthusiasts. After all, it was not easy for this pleasant but not complex wine to emerge in the regional panorama dominated by two sacred giants onsters of oenology such as Barbera and Nebbiolo.
