Pulenta Estate IX Pinot Noir is an elegant Argentine interpretation of one of the world's most noble grape varieties. Coming from the vineyards of Alto Agrelo, at an altitude of about 980 metres, it benefits from a cool climate and significant temperature variations that enhance the aromatic profile of Pinot Noir. It has a beautiful bright ruby red colour. The nose offers intense aromas of cherry, wild strawberries and raspberries, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a hint of spice. The palate is fine and silky, with good acidity that provides balance and freshness. The tannins are smooth, and the finish is long, with a harmonious and slightly balsamic finish. Aging in French oak for 12 months adds complexity and roundness without overpowering the fruit. Excellent with white meats, duck, salmon and soft cheeses. Pulenta Estate is a family-owned winery located in Alto Agrelo, in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina.
