    CHARACTERISTICS
    • TypeVino rosato fermo
    • Location Veneto
    • Grapes Corvina 50%, Trebbiano 25%, Syrah 15%, Carmenère 10%
    • Sensations Corvina, which dominates in terms of percentages, was chosen for the floral aromas it gives the wine and the acidity with which it connotes it. The Trebbiano brings elegance and length in the aftertaste, the Syrah gives the glass precious fruity and spicy notes and finally the Carmenère gives the wine structure, which will ensure its stability over time. It is a fresh and enveloping rosé, with an intense and complex bouquet, imagined to accompany spring or summer evenings, but not only.
    • Vinification In 11 minutes, the time of the skin contact from which the name derives, the noblest parts of the grapes are extracted and the slight pink tones that characterise this wine. Once the must is obtained, it is cooled and taken to a steel tank where it will remain for about 12-24 hours, the time needed for the most solid parts to decant. After racking, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and alcoholic fermentation starts, which will maintain a temperature range of between 13° and 16 °C. During fermentation, the state of the yeasts as well as the evolution of the metabolic process is monitored daily.

"11 Minutes" Rosé Trevenezie IGT 2024
    • Trevenezie IGT Rosè 11 Minutes di Pasqua is a rosé that smells of spring and summer evenings. Perfect for those seeking freshness and complexity in a single glass. Its name, ‘11 Minutes,’ recalls the time required for skin contact during vinification. A delicate process that gives the wine unique rosé tones and refined aromas. The Tre Venezie is an area rich in history and winemaking tradition, thanks to its mild climate and varied soil. 11 Minutes is a blend of native and international grape varieties that work in perfect synergy with each other. The Corvina, which dominates in the blend, brings distinct acidity and floral aromas. Then Trebbiano di Lugana and Syrah add fruity and spicy notes. Finally, a part of Carménère that provides structure making this wine a rosé that maintains its characteristics for several years. The vinification process begins with a brief contact between must and skins, 11 minutes. Then the must is cooled and transferred to steel tanks where natural decantation takes place. Alcoholic fermentation then starts at a controlled temperature, followed by prolonged contact with the fine lees for 3-4 months, acquiring complexity and softness. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled to be marketed. Soft and brilliant pink in colour, the nose reveals an intense and complex bouquet, where floral, citrus and spicy aromas intertwine. In the mouth it is fresh, enveloping and well balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a slight structure that make it versatile and enjoyable. A perfect wine from aperitif to table, where it goes well with light, fish-based meals, salads, fresh cheeses and even sushi.

The Easter Family certainly does not need too much introduction. It is, in fact, a veritable institution in the world of Italian wine. A long history that has its roots in the Valpolicella wine tradition. Founded in 1925 in Verona, this company is the result of a deep love for the land and vineyards. A love that has been handed down from generation to generation. Today, the management of the winery is in the hands of the third generation, which has been able to broaden the company's international horizon by opening Pasqua USA LLC in New York in 2009, consolidating the brand's presence across the ocean (and beyond). Indeed, Pasqua wines currently reach no less than 61 markets worldwide, including China. Finally, a curiosity concerns the attention that the Pasqua family has always paid to art and culture, so much so that their wine labels are often the result of collaborations with renowned artists.
