Langhe DOC Occhetti is produced from grapes grown in the vineyard of the same name in the municipality of Monteu Roero in the Cuneo area. A wine made from 100% Nebbiolo, vinified in steel and refined for at least 12 months in oak barrels of different sizes; the wine then rests in the bottle for another 4 months before being released for sale. In this way, a simple and versatile Nebbiolo is obtained. A wine that is suitable for a thousand different occasions.
