  • Sensations Light straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet offers vibrant aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, gooseberry and currant, with a touch of herbs. The palate offers intense yet refined flavors with pleasant acidity.
  • Vinification Marlborough. Our Sauvignon Blanc is a blend from several vineyards in Marlborough: the Awatere Valley and the Wairau Valley. Grapes were crushed and destemmed before pressing, and fermentation was induced by the introduction of carefully selected yeast strains. We fermented in stainless steel, at cool temperatures to preserve the high aromas of this wine.

  • The Sauvignon Blanc offered here by Mount Riley Wines is a blend, sourced from several vineyards in the Marlborough region, specifically the Awatere Valley and Wairau Valley. The grapes, harvested at full aromatic ripeness, are quickly delivered to the winery and fermented by inoculation of selected yeast strains. Vinification then continues in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve the finest aromas of the grape variety. In the glass, it is a beautiful light straw color with greenish reflections. On the nose, vibrant aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, gooseberry and currant, with a touch of fresh herbs. In the mouth, however, it reveals intense but refined flavors, well balanced by pleasant natural acidity.
