The 2017 Etna Bianco Cavanera Ripa di Scorciavacca is mildly floral with white rose and honeysuckle that cede to citrus, white grapefruit and honey. Following that pretty floral bouquet, the mouthfeel is lean and snappy, making this a perfect seafood white.
