Its history, this not everyone knows, began in the mid-1960s, when Annamaria Clementi bought a small country house in Erbusco locally known as Ca' del bosc. A few years later, her son Maurizio, returning from a trip to Champagne, had the brilliant intuition to transform that small country home into one of the most advanced wineries in the area. Today Maurizio Zanella can count on a large estate of vineyards, spread over no less than 8 different communes in Franciacorta. The cellar, on the other hand, is modern and hyper-technological, with various works of art and sculpture on display among the fermenters and presses. Today, Ca' del Bosco sparkling wines are identified with that style and personality. Unique and exuberant wines, awarded by the most severe wine critics all over the world.
