Blanc de Blancs Millesimato

During this time, in order to add complexity and pleasantness to the finished wine, the entire mass is subjected to daily stirring of the lees. The result is a wine characterized by a beautiful golden straw yellow color. On the nose it is full of aromas and balsamic notes, with hints of green and yellow fruit and exotic nuances. on the palate, the fruity and balsamic notes return, followed by evident memories of young almond.
