Its elegant, satin-finished label underlines the noble nature of this precious Nero d'Avola in purity, proposed by Assuli. A grape variety that symbolises the best oenological Sicily, the winery in Mazara del Vallo, in the province of Trapani, succeeds in enhancing it thanks to careful vinification. After racking, this red wine matures only in steel to bring out the full richness of the fruit. Thus we discover a wine characterised by a beautiful ruby red colour, particularly compact and still streaked with purple reflections. On the nose the aromas are intense and recall ripe red fruit to which is added a fine spicy note. In the mouth it is rich and balanced. Pleasantly soft and endowed with ripe, fine tannins. It is the wine to serve when the menu includes a good roast with potatoes.
