Lambrusco is a very extended family. It includes more than 60 different varieties that will delight the many fans of fizzy or sparkling red wines. In this case, Vitivinicola Fangareggi enhances one of the most popular varieties. Lambrusco Salamino. Puro!, Lambrusco Emilia IGP, is the result of a careful harvest of this variety, which by nature is rather late and guarantees good yields thanks to its natural resistance to disease. After harvesting, by hand, the grapes are quickly transformed and made into sparkling wine using the classic Charmat method, in autoclaves, to create a fresh and pleasant sparkling wine. Particularly brilliant ruby red, this wine surprises everyone with its inviting and intense bouquet. The perfume that only the best Lambrusco Salamino can give. Vinous and fruity, it has very clear memories of black cherry and plum. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh and dry. A balanced wine with a long, pleasant finish. It is a versatile wine with which to dine without ever risking disappointment. Excellent with cold cuts and cheeses, it goes well with savoury first courses and meat main courses.

The aim is to work each variety in its ideal terroir, enhancing the qualities of the fruit.
