Once the residual sugar level has been reached, the second fermentation is stopped by refrigeration

  • Grande Alberone Moscato is a true expression of sparkling Moscato wines. The grapes are crushed, then gently pressed to extract only the primary aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16/18°C. Afterwards, sugar and selected yeasts are added. Once the desired residual sugar level is reached, the second fermentation is stopped by refrigeration.
