    Pinot Nero Piemonte DOC 2023
  • Pinot Noir lovers, step forward. The one proposed here by Colombo, in fact, is a fantastic example of pure vinification of the noble Burgundy grape variety. Grapes harvested in the estate's vineyards, located between 250 and 400 metres above sea level, this Piedmont AOC is the result of super careful processing in the cellar. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, as does the subsequent malolactic fermentation. At the end of the transformation, the wine is bottled and continues with a short ageing phase in the bottle for about 6 months. The result is a fresh, young wine. An intriguing expression of Pinot Noir that enhances the most immediate characteristics of the variety. Brilliant ruby red in colour, its bouquet evokes inviting scents of ripe red berries such as cherry, black cherry and floral notes of dog rose. A very pleasant wine that goes well with cheeses and cured meats, but also with delicate meat dishes.
