For the latter, what is proposed here is an absolute champion. 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and the remainder Cabernet Sauvignon, this red from the Bordeaux region comes from one of the areas most famous for the richness of its Merlot. We are talking about Saint Émilion, specifically a Grand Cru Classé. Here, thanks to expert care at harvest time and careful selection of the best grapes, the winemaker is able to achieve a perfect balance between all the components of the wine.
