Müller Thurgau is one of the most popular grape varieties for producers working in cold climates with long, harsh winters. This is because the Müller, when the environment is hostile, is at its best. This is followed by classic white vinification at a controlled temperature and sparkling process in autoclaves to enhance the finesse of the varietal aromas. Very fine perlage that generates a white foam and a persistent crown, it has delicate and aromatic scents. In the mouth it is soft, pleasantly fresh, elegant and with character.
