Matilda Nieves Mencía is an elegant and lively red wine, an authentic expression of the Ribeira Sacra, one of the most fascinating wine-growing areas in Galicia. Produced by Bodegas Rectoral de Amandi, this wine is the result of heroic viticulture: terraced vineyards on steep slopes overlooking the Sil River. It is made from 100% Mencía grapes, harvested by hand and vinified with care to preserve their freshness and fragrance. The nose reveals intense aromas of red fruits, violets, caramel and a delicate balsamic background. On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness, soft tannins and harmonious structure, leading to a long, clean finish. It is aged in steel to maintain its young and vibrant profile.
