It was the novelty of the year. After all, the fashion for Rosé could not leave the many passionate consumers of the Veneto sparkling wine par excellence, Prosecco, indifferent. Bellussi Spumanti, one of the finest names in the Valdobbiadene region, is now offering its new Prosecco DOC Rosé, Brut and Millesimato. An extremely pleasant wine that is the result of a special process. In fact, 90% of the blend is Glera with the addition of a small percentage of Pinot Noir, which is vinified in red. Immediately after blending, the resulting rosé wine is placed in autoclaves for a sparkling phase using the long Charmat method. The result is a dry but fragrant wine with hints of small red fruits and citrus notes. A quality sparkling wine that, while maintaining an elegant and refined style, is fresh and versatile, perfectly suited to accompanying moments of great conviviality. Just right as an aperitif, it is a glass that can tastefully accompany both fish and white meat dishes. Excellent, for example, with a tasty Milanese cutlet.
